What lease lengths do you offer?
We offer 12-month and 6-month leases, plus a dedicated, fully furnished Sundance month in January.
Compare ratesHow much is rent?
A 12-month lease is $11,500 per month with one month of base rent free—an effective $10,542 per month. A 6-month lease is $13,500 per month. Furnishing adds $2,500 per month on a 12-month lease or $4,000 per month on a 6-month lease. The Sundance month is $50,000, fully furnished.
Estimate your stayIs a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is due when you sign your lease, and it is applied to your final month of rent.
Can I rent the home furnished or unfurnished?
Either. Choose a fully furnished home with designer furniture, linens, and housewares, or lease it unfurnished and bring your own pieces. The Sundance month is always fully furnished.
Is Sundance included in a 6- or 12-month lease?
Yes. If your 6- or 12-month lease includes the festival, your regular monthly rate applies—no festival premium.
Application & Policies
Is a background check required?
Yes. A background check is required for all applicants before a lease is signed.
Are pets allowed?
No. The home is pet-free, and pets are not permitted.
How do I check availability?

How big is the home?
The home has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3,008 square feet of living space, plus a dedicated office and an attached two-car garage.

Yes. High-speed internet is provided through Xfinity, ready for remote work and video calls from the dedicated office.
What about parking?
The home has an attached two-car garage that is EV-charging compatible, plus reserved guest parking.
Does the home have air conditioning and laundry?
Yes. The home has central air conditioning, gas-powered central heat, and an in-home washer and dryer.
Who handles snow removal and exterior upkeep?
The HOA takes care of snow removal, grounds and structural maintenance, and trash service.
Is there storage for my belongings?
Yes. The home includes 4,900 cubic feet of storage with built-in shelves, cabinets, and risers—ideal for furniture, sports gear, or business materials during a relocation.

How does the Sundance month work?
You reserve the fully furnished home for the month for $50,000. Then stay on your schedule—10 days for the festival, the full month, or anything in between. The home is yours for the whole month either way.
