Please do not include government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the free-text inquiry field. Information requested in the inquiry form is not legally required, but without enough contact and stay information we may be unable to respond.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. Our hosting or security providers may use strictly necessary technologies and process routine server logs to deliver and protect the website. If we add non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.
Because we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control and other recognized universal opt-out signals do not change the website’s current behavior. If our practices change, we will honor legally recognized signals as required.

We are based in the United States. Email brian@boulderluxhome.com with the subject “Privacy Rights Request,” or mail your request to 2125 11th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information involved.
We may verify your request by asking you to confirm control of the email address or phone number associated with your inquiry and, when necessary, request additional information reasonably needed to match our records. We will use verification information only for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by providing proof of authorization; we may also verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents
If applicable, you may exercise the GDPR rights listed above and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. You may find EU supervisory authorities through the European Data Protection Board. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
California residents
For the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following CCPA categories: identifiers; customer-record information; commercial or rental-preference information; internet or other electronic network activity; approximate location inferred from an IP address; and communications or other information you choose to provide. The sources, purposes, retention criteria, and recipient categories are described in Sections 3 and 5.
We have not sold or shared these categories of personal information, as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information and do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics or for purposes that create a right to limit use and disclosure. California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete covered personal information and may exercise the other rights described above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights.
Colorado residents
Colorado residents may request access, correction, deletion, or portability and may opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within the period required by Colorado law and explain how to contact the Colorado Attorney General if the appeal is denied.
9. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking rental information and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
